Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any product back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products that have been opened, used, or come into direct contact with a pet may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Personalized or custom-made products and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
